The Sustainable Design Certificate

WE ARE CURRENTLY REVIEWING THE DELIVERY OF THIS COURSE IN 2023-24 AND WILL UPDATE THIS PAGE WITH DETAILS IN DUE COURSE.

The course has been designed to explore the fast changing societal and environmental pressures imposed on practitioners of landscape change while providing concrete techniques to help the design of green spaces. Both theory and design practice are covered especially the role of material selection as well as planting design and practice.

Course Delivery

The course is delivered on a Tuesday of each week, with a total of 12 days teaching across the Spring and Summer terms starting from 1st March 2022 (to be reviewed for 2023) and including Easter and Summer Reading week breaks. Delivery is purely online to support access to the course and also to reflect the subject matter.

The Sustainable Design Certificate programme starts in March 2022 (to be reviewed for 2023). There are special reduced introductory rates for the first year of the course. Please download a prospectus and application form to find out more or email us at info@lcgd.org.uk 
 
If you are interested in enrolling or would like to hear more and have your questions answered, please get in touch with us. We run exploratory online sessions about the course and you are welcome to join one of those or have specific questions answered by email.
