We have won many awards for real gardens over the years and we recognise that some customers may require more limited bespoke advice, such as the completion of a planning report or an update on their existing garden however, all our awards for real gardens have been won where the full service outlined above has been used.
With a unique network of specialist landscapers and other professionals we offer a seamless design to construction service that employs modern techniques to get your garden built on budget and on time. We are always fully involved which means that, unlike many other design companies, we visit site regularly and do things like select and place plants ourselves so that you get the best possible results.
Most of the gardens we have designed are still there showing that an investment in good design will make for a sustainable garden. But this also means that we invest in good aftercare. We know that many of our customers would like support with their garden after it has been built and so we offer a service where every garden is visited during the next growing season. We will visit at the appropriate time to ensure that plants in particular are establishing well and offer advice for future maintenance. Remember that we are always available if you need advice.
Because of our unique network within the UK’s garden community we are able to offer occasional special rewards to our customers that in the past have included tours of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Buckingham Palace Gardens, special garden subscriptions and advice on other services such as architects and interior designers. These are usually offered via a regular email update.
We aim to provide a good value service to our customers. With 25 years experience, supported by experienced technical specialists, we can provide comprehensive advice and support to our customers and contractors. This means combining value for money fees with excellent standards and customer service and includes a team approach so that clients can receive help when colleagues are out of the office or on holiday.
We also support the work of our profession and industry especially in its efforts to improve the performance of gardens, plants and sustain wildlife. For example we have worked with the Royal Horticultural Society Science Department at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show to promote planting and design to boost the UK’s bee population.
