Rebecca Delgado Berg

London, New York, Online

My philosophy is simple; I believe in the power of native plants, and the power of beauty. When those two are combined, magic can happen.

Using native plants in garden and landscape design helps our planet, our wildlife and our local eco systems. Experiencing beauty on a daily basis by having it on your doorstep can be a truly transforming experience, and help increase wellbeing.

Biography:

Who am I? A Swedish-Spanish landscape designer born in Stockholm and based out of London and New York, and who also designs remotely.

With a strong focus on native plants and sustainable methods, my designs weave through the site itself, using its natural features. In every garden there is an opportunity to create a harmonious space that can be both intensely private and part of its wider context – benefitting humans, wildlife and ecosystems alike.

My passion for beauty and design originated in Stockholm, where I trained at the Royal Swedish Ballet School. A graduate of LCGD, the London College of Garden Design, I’ve also trained at the New York Botanical Garden, The English School of Gardening. I’m also a certified California Native Plant Landscaper through the Theodore Payne Foundation, as well as a Graduate Member of the Society of Garden Designers.
